Brandi Bell

Brandi is an AFFA certified personal trainer. She graduated from Washington State University with a BS in Biology with an emphasis in Human Anatomy/physiology.  Brandi is certified in TRX Suspension Training, an AFFA group fitness instructor, a certified Spinning instructor, Les Mills GRIT coach, & an E-certified soccer coach. As a mother of 4 active children, Brandi knows what it is like to have a "busy schedule", yet she keeps fitness a high priority in her life.  Brandi is an avid triathlete, runner, cyclist and swimmer. One of Brandi's biggest passions is to motivate others to see that fitness is fun, a bit challenging, and very beneficial to daily life. Whether you want to be more active and fit, lose weight, train for a race, or work towards a specific goal, Brandi will work with you to meet your fitness goals.  Brandi's motto is: "You never know what your body can do until you ask it".
