Class Descriptions

What should you bring? All you need is a good pair of sneakers for foot stability, comfortable workout clothing, a towel (available at front desk) and water bottle. Your own mat is optional, but recommended. Mats are available in the Group Exercise Room.

How fit do you need to be? Most programs are geared to any level of fitness, with you controlling the intensity of your own workout. From beginners to athletes, group classes are one of the best ways to get fit stay fit or get fitter . . . FAST!

Personal Training Programs

These sessions are taught by our Personal Trainers. Expect specialized training routines with fun and exciting camaraderie that guarantee you will reach your fitness goals. 

Cut Up

This program is designed solely for your mid- section.The emphasis is on endurance, strength, and proper form. The class will have your abs ripped from top to bottom but also keep your back muscles just as strong for a balanced posture and healthy center for improved performance in all areas of life- from daily activities to athletic sport training. 

Burn

A specialized. high intensity, total body workoutthat combines free weights and plyometrics. Expect a new challenge every time! 

Lunch Crunch

This program allows you to spend your lunch hour with us, get a great workout (which really makes your day feel complete), and grab a healthy shake or smoothie on your way out the door as you head back to work.... all while targeting those trouble areas that needs special attention. 

TRX Boot Camp

This a special, fee based class focusing on 6 weeks of on small group personal training utilizing the TRX Suspension Trainer. Please see front desk for schedule and fee information. 


Yoga

The practice of Yoga uses postures, stretching, movement and breath to create balance in the body through development of strength and flexibility. Yoga unites the body and mind ton increase concentration, mindfulness and relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water. All classes conducted in a heated (90 degrees+) room with incense and candles. 

Power Vinyasa

An invigorating and challenging class that flows from one posture to the next for 60 minutes. Designed to release tension, increase flexibility and strength and boost energy levels. Bring a yoga mat and towel. Suitable for students of all levels.
